COCo uses an 'open source' organizational model. We believe that we stand to gain from engaging freely with others. We frequently get inspired by how other people do things, regularly incorporating this into our own organizational culture and reinventing ourselves as we go along. In that spirit, we are committed to allowing other people to draw on the various components of our financial structure – whether it be related to our staffing model and salary structure, the accounting and forecasting tools we use to manage our finances or our funders.
