Organizational Development
COCo works for social change using a made-to-measure, participatory,
popular education approach that focuses on both process and outcomes.
Organizational development services are designed and delivered with your
organization's specific needs in mind.
Our team of facilitators has diverse expertise and experience in the
nonprofit sector. A facilitator will meet with your organization and work
with you to create custom-made interventions on a wide variety of topics
such as:
- Board roles and responsibilities
- Mission/Vision statements
- Strategic planning
- Team building

- Creating a funding plan
- Conflict resolution
- Program evaluation
- Communication
|
Organizational development support can range from one 3-hour session
to several sessions over several months depending on need, as defined
by the organization.
