Submit E-bulletin Community Posting
Please fill in this form below to submit a general posting for COCo’s monthly E-bulletin Newsletter.
After you have submitted your posting it will be reviewed by COCo staff before being approved and published in the next E-bulletin. Please note that only postings for non-profit organizations, community groups, and community co-ops will be approved – generally we will not approve postings for businesses and individuals.
In order to ensure that your posting is considered for the month in which you want it to run, please submit it before the 27th of the previous month (e.g. if you want it to run in our November edition, please submit it before October 27th). We cannot guarantee that your posting will be considered if you submit it following the monthly deadline.
The monthly E-bulletin Newsletter goes out once per month, in the first week of the month, typically on the first Tuesday of the month. Therefore, if your event is in the first week of the month, you may wish to submit it in the previous month’s Newsletter, to make sure it gets visibility. For example, community announcement related to something happening March 3rd should be submitted to the February Newsletter, and therefore before January 27th. To account for this reality, our newsletter event and job listings now cover the first week of the following month. In the previous example, the February newsletter would cover all events in February, and up to March 7th.
