Administrative assistant – 9 weeks contract @ the Depot

We are currently looking for one (1) dynamic and passionate Administrative Assistant. This person will assist the Administrative Coordinator in performing certain administrative tasks. This position will allow the person to build his or her practical knowledge of administration and help support the office team. We therefore encourage young people aged 30 and under to apply.

About the Depot: Founded in 1986, the Depot is a community-based non-profit organization that works collaboratively with its community to address the root causes of hunger and poverty in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce (NDG) and the surrounding areas in a manner that ensures dignity, community engagement and the development of human potential.

We offer a variety of activities designed to support food security in our community, and to help develop healthy lifestyle habits among its youth, families and individuals.
