Open North has an opening for a detail-oriented individual who is obsessed with client satisfaction and comfortable in a technology-based environment to launch customized online engagement websites for governments, school boards, non-profits and others. In their available time, the successful candidate will assist with sales and/or marketing support to find and qualify potential customers.
Preference will be given to candidates who are able to work in our central Montreal office but remote applications will be considered as well. The successful candidate has superb customer relations experience and strong attention-to-detail. Also important, is a positive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong listening ability, team-work, and communication skills are highly desirable traits.

-Work with Open North’s clients, developers and business manager to build customized online budget consultations;
-Guide clients through the fulfillment process, suggesting improvements to the design of the questionnaire and the choice of questions;
-Act as the primary contact for their questions and requests, and advising on best practices to achieve a successful consultation;
-Coordinate marketing, communication plans;
-Ensure that e-blasts and website information is up-to-date;
-Assist sales prospecting activities;
-Monitor, review and report marketing activity and results.
The selected candidate needs to be available to be trained on how to build online budget consultations during the week of April 24-28.

Part-time contract, 2-3 days weekly (approximately 20 hours), with gross yearly salary of CAD$17,500 and $20,000, depending on experience.
