The Quebec Federation of Home and School Associations has an impressive collection of archival materials in the process of being sorted and filed. Amongst those materials are 70 years of QFHSA NEWS articles to be catalogued. The QFHSA NEWS has been in continuous publication since 1944. As a quarterly publication with a wide variety of content regarding parent involvement in education, a catalogue is needed for research facilitation. The summer student would read the articles and categorize each by author, subject, date and keywords using the Zotero Standalone program. In addition, other tasks may be assigned regarding the archives.
