Version français de l’offre d’emploi: https://regenerationcanada.org/fr/charge-communication-2/
Regeneration Canada is a non-profit organization that promotes the regeneration of soil health, in order to mitigate climate change, restore biodiversity, improve water cycles, and support a more productive and fair food system.
We strive towards this goal by raising awareness and mobilizing Canadians about the potential of reversing climate change through regenerative soil management, and about the ways each one of us can contribute. Our activities include developing an interdisciplinary network through our membership, educational workshops, communications activities (social media, web series, awareness campaigns), presentations at events, as well as hosting the Living Soils Symposium, an international national event. We’re committed to integrating principles of equity and inclusion throughout our activities and organization, to foster belonging of diverse stakeholders in our movement. We consider that to regenerate land, we need to address systemic cultural and social barriers that determine who has access to land and resources to be able to participate in the regenerative movement.
WORKING AT REGENERATION CANADA

Non-violent communication, the spirit of collaboration and cooperation are all important values that guide the way we work. As part of Regeneration Canada employee benefits, employees are allowed “regenerative” days of leave, which can be used as employee-selected paid days off for wellness, unexpected life events, mental health & medical leaves of absence, personally recognized & religious holidays outside of public holidays, gender transitions and other self-identified priorities.
