We are looking for a person who is 100% fluent in English, with exceptional writing skills and a good working knowledge of French to manage our online presence in English Canada. Millennials welcome.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Help create a social media strategy that is consistent with the company’s tone of voice and objectives
Create engaging content tailored to each social network in collaboration with our French-language social media manager.
Collaboration with the team that manages the blog and newsletter
Collaborate with a range of teams such as marketing, customer service, R&D and design
Monitor and manage incoming comments from users
Monitor and analyze online sentiment with social listening
Monitor and analyze social growth and engagement
Effectively manage crisis situations
Benchmark competitors
Required skills:
Experience working in social media for the Canadian market
Awesome customer service skills
Energetic, creative and passionate about building our brand
Strong strategic and analytical skills
Be a team player, able to work fast and be flexible
Perfect written English skills
The candidate must have functional French-language skills
Assets:
Experience with SEO and keyword optimisation
Experience with video-editing software and video creation
Experience with google adwords
Experience with Adobe creative suite

According to experience: $16 – 18
Schedule:
20 – 30 hours per week. Flexible. Must be available to work on premises in Montreal
