Are you an artist seeking to make a living from your creativity and talent, but don’t know how?

This orientation session outlines the support services available to artists through YES and other arts organizations, and touches upon key things to consider when building a career or business in the arts. Topics include: getting to know your industry, marketing/promotion, governance, developing relationships with key stakeholders, understanding the funding landscape and essential grant-writing tips.

Following this workshop, four 15-minute individual consultation slots will be available to give you the opportunity to assess which YES resources can best meet your needs.
