
Transitioning involves many aspects and phases – many of which can be supported through natural means, unique to each person’s particular needs. Whether it’s supporting the body with herbs and nutrition in general or to deal with the side effects of synthetic hormones or to support your current hormone therapy, or managing the stress on body and mind through yoga poses or meditative approaches, this workshop will provide both information and a forum for people in transition to discuss their needs and explore possible options for themselves, depending on their individual situation.
