Requirements:

Experience working with people who have hearing loss

Degree in speech therapy, audiology or related fields

Strong communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professionalism

Empathy & patience

Assets:

Experience working with Google Docs

Experience working with Seniors

Lived experience related to the service users (ie. hearing loss, physical disabilities, etc.)

Knowledge of services available for people with hearing loss

Experience working in not for profit organization
