The candidate will play an active role in all aspects of the Mission programs, with a focus on technical (computer) and administrative work including: formatting articles and graphics for our newsletter, planning and animating two day trips with the members, planning and assisting with our Open House event, answering phone calls, entering data in our CRM system, and providing information and referral services to disadvantaged individuals in the community.
The prospective candidate must be enrolled in full-time post-secondary studies (CEGEP or University) in September, preferably in the fields of Social and Human Sciences, Psychology, Community Development, or Social Work.
Strong computer skills are necessary, particularly a high level of comfort with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Bilingualism is an asset (incl. Spanish)
