To encourage the well-being of low-income citizens, primarily in the Côte St-Paul and Ville Émard neighbourhoods, through the promotion of food security by encouraging autonomy, unity, solidarity, mutual aid and personal and social involvement.

Favoriser le mieux-être des citoyens à faible revenu, principalement dans les quartiers de Côte Saint-Paul et de Ville Émard, en améliorant prioritairement leur sécurité alimentaire et ce, en favorisant l’autonomie, le regroupement, la solidarité, l’entraide et l’implication personnelle et sociale.
