New Hope Senior Citizens’ Centre / Centre Espoir Nouveau Pour Personnes Agées

New Hope Senior Citizens’ Centre is a grassroots non-profit community organization serving the senior population of Notre-Dame-de-Grace (N.D.G.). New Hope aspires to provide a friendly environment where seniors can thrive through a variety of social and community-based services and activities. By promoting access to volunteerism, civic involvement and other services, New Hope aims to break isolation and foster global health of our community, benefiting the overall well-being of the ageing population.

 

Le Centre pour personnes âgées Espoir nouveau est une organisation à but non-lucratif active au niveau communautaire qui dessert la population âgée de Notre-Dame-de-Grâce (N.-D.-G.). Espoir nouveau aspire à créer un environnement convivial où les personnes âgées peuvent s’épanouir grâce à une gamme d’activités et de services à l’échelon de la collectivité. En favorisant l’accès au bénévolat, à l’implication civique et à d’autres services, Espoir nouveau vise à minimiser l’isolement et à encourager la santé globale de notre communauté, grâce au bien-être général de notre population vieillissante.
