Since all of our accompaniments are catered to your unique organizational needs, there is not a simple equation to estimate the budget and how many hours of work your organization requires.

Rates
At COCo, we work with unified fees of $100 per hour for all kinds of processes for organizations with an annual budget of under $1M dollars. What changes is the ratio of “prep time” to facilitation time. Considering the complexity of the request and your particular organizational needs as well as the well-being of our affiliate facilitators, COCo assesses it is best to have 2 affiliates per regular accompaniment.
It varies from process to process, but we estimate the following general ratios:
