This tool was adapted from a workshop called C’est en Franglais, led by Coco Riot in 2012. The topic was what participants could do in order to make meetings welcoming and comfortable for people who do not speak the dominant language(s). In Quebec, this is often framed as being between English and French speakers; but this forum also addressed what makes it more difficult for people whose mother tongue is not English or French.
