COCo Staff Evaluation Process – Public

COCo aspires to create the conditions where staff feels comfortable offering feedback to each other and the staff team and Board on a day-to-day basis. Nonetheless, giving and receiving feedback can be a stressful experience and we, as and organization, are committed to support staff in ways that makes sense and are guided by our values. The purpose of evaluation processes is to help us be more accountable to one another, grow in our jobs, nurture our feedback and learning culture and offer a satisfying and useful experience. Evaluations aims to provide the Board with structural issues they can to reflect and take action on when relevant.
We have 2 evaluation procedures. These will be referred to as the Formal Evaluation (done every year in November) and the New Staff Evaluation (included in a separate document).
