Thanks for a great COCo AGM!
A big thanks to everyone who showed up for COCo’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 21st, 2013 at the CRCS St-Zotique in Place St-Henri!
Our movement-building and member engagement workshops were lively and well-attended; more to come in the upcoming months about both of these discussions. Overlooked by the festive Easter bunnies decorating the cozy space, the AGM went smoothly and participants were engaged throughout the meeting, raising relevant comments and asking awesome questions!
Congrats to Philippe Tousignant, the recipient of the Walk the Social Justice Talk award! COCo was also incredibly lucky to have had 7 highly-competent people running for 5 open spots for our Board. Congrats go out to all the nominees who were running (or re-running) for the Board. We’re happy to welcome new Board members Alex Megalas and Daniel Rotman , as well as returning Board members Claire Abraham, Shannon Franssen and Jean-Noé Landry!
