An Unfortunate Update About Our Offices

On November 17, 2025, the City of Montreal informed us that our offices were no longer safe due to significant water damage in the building. They also shared with us that repairing the problem will require major structural renovations. How long those renovations will take, and whether we can return to our offices eventually, is still unknown. Obviously, the health and safety of our team is the priority, so we decided to evacuate our offices on December 19, 2025, and store our belongings in a storage unit for the time being.

How Will This Affect COCo’s Services?

Our services will be unaffected! We have adapted our activities, either by moving them online, or using temporary spaces. Our commitment to supporting your needs is as strong as ever!

There is one small short-term change to note: during the month of February, there will be a temporary reduction in meetings for new organizational development support.

Requests for information technology (IT) support will continue to be processed as normal. Requests can be submitted at any time via our intake form.

When Will You Have New Offices?

We want to take our time to find new offices that meet our needs, in terms of space accessibility, while staying within our budget. We will keep you informed of any updates! If you know of any spaces to rent that can accommodate 10 people in Montreal, especially accessible ones, please share any information with us at info@coco-net.org.
