This month, we tried out Facebook Live for the first time. As always, there were a few tech hiccoughs  (we’ll have better mics next time, promise!) but we had a blast answering audience questions and talking about making meetings great (again!)

Two great questions we talked about were:

How do you balance moving a group through an agreed-upon agenda, and making space for tangents or contributions that aren’t contained in that agenda?

How do you turn (or facilitate) visioning into action?
