Madeleine (she/her) is a white settler based in Tiohtià:ke with mixed Guatemalan and Jewish ancestry. She offers consulting and coaching services to groups seeking support with leadership development, team wellbeing, frontline capacity building, and human resources. She has spent more than 15 years working and organizing with grassroots community organizations and activist movements in Quebec. Her curious, compassionate and collaborative approach is grounded in anti-racism, feminism, and queerness.
