COCo receives a dozens of questions from community groups about legal responsibilities relating to their nonprofit status, charitable status, Board members, bylaws, etc. COCo does not offer legal advice, but has created different legal information packages to help you navigate the legal intricacies of nonprofits and community groups in Quebec.
