Status of Women Canada Call for Proposals

What follows is the CFP by Status of Women Canada

Status of Women Canada is launching a Call for Proposals  to invite organizations to submit a proposal for projects that will advance economic opportunities for women. 
 
Projects under this Call for Proposals fall into three thematic areas:
 
 1-    Increasing or Strengthening Economic Opportunities for Entrepreneurial and Professional Women
2-    Advancing Women in Various Sectors through Mentorship/Sponsorship
3-    Collaborating to Advance the Financial Preparedness of Women 
 
The deadline for applications under this Call for Proposals is 11:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time, June 13^th, 2014.

If you wish to apply, we recommend that you contact the Regional Office to discuss your project with a Program Officer. To increase your chances of success, we also strongly encourage you to take part in an information session. 
 
These sessions, which will take place by teleconference, will provide details on applying and completing the budget section, and provide an opportunity for questions.
