Changes to the Communications Team

First, we’re absolutely delighted for our Communications Coordinator, Stéphanie Darbouze Lamarre, who will be starting parental leave this winter. We’re sending her and her family so much joy and warmth for this beautiful new chapter. We can’t wait to welcome her back to COCo in 2027.

We’re also excited to welcome a new face to our community! Please join us in saying hello to Kyla Palanca, who started with us on January 19th, 2026 as our new Communications and Events Assistant. Kyla will be a key part of our Communications and Ateliers/C teams, and we’re so happy to have her onboard.

While Stéphanie is away, our colleague Florencia Vallejo-Ortiz, who you know from her time on the  Organizational Development and Training (ODT) team, will be stepping into the role of interim Communications Coordinator.  Florencia already knows the heart of COCo’s work, and we’re thrilled to see her bring her skills to this space.

Organizational Development and Training Team

As Florencia moves into this interim role, our ODT program is in great hands and will carry on with Pascale Brunet. There might be a short, brief reduction in new ODT intakes in the month of February as we adjust and launch a replacement hiring process. Our dedication to supporting your work remains as strong as ever.

We feel so fortunate to have such a fantastic and supportive team. These changes are a testament to the collaborative spirit here at COCo. Please join us in wrapping Stéphanie in good wishes, giving a warm welcome to Kyla, and cheering on Florencia in her new interim role
