COCo’s New Intake Process

December 5, 2024/in COCo Highlight, Front Page, Uncategorized

We’re excited to share our streamlined intake process, designed to help us respond to your needs more quickly and effectively. Whether you have a quick question or require a longer process accompaniment, this is the first step to get started!

If you’d like to learn more about the kind of accompaniments COCo does, consult our services page here. If you’d like to learn more about our IT services, please consult the IT section here.

If answering this form poses a significant barrier, please contact us at services@coco-net.org and our team will be happy to support you.

Please note that the information provided is secure and confidential- you can read more about our privacy policy here.

F.A.Q.

I want to speak to someone- can I reach you on the phone?

Unfortunately, we are not able to respond to calls at this time. Although you can leave us a voicemail, it is preferred that you fill out this form.

When will I hear back from COCo?

We triage requests on Wednesdays- you can expect a response within 4-14 days of the week you filled out your request. The turnaround time depends on the nature of your request and COCo’s current capacity.

I don’t have the answers to all of these questions- what can I do?

Fill out the form the best that you can! Not all responses are required. However if you don’t have the response for a required question, you can write 00 and submit your response.

Do I have to be a member to use your services?

No, our services are available to all community members in the province. Being a member of COCo does not provide preferred access to our services, however, being a member is a significant way to build community and relationships within the sector. Learn more about being a member here.

Who can fill out this form?

Unless you are a bot, we welcome your request! However, please note that COCo supports community organizations and the NPO sector within Quebec. You can fill out the form as an individual or as a representative of an organization.

My request touches upon a sensitive topic- who reads my request?

Requests are read by our services team. All information is confidential and is not shared outside of the staff working on your request. If you have concerns including conflict of interest, please reach out to services@coco-net.org with your concern and we will navigate this process together.

How will my answers impact my ability to get COCo support?

Your answers will help us better understand your needs. That way, when we meet, we are ready to support you. If your request is out of our scope of services or beyond our capacity, we will be able to more quickly let you know we’re not able to support you.

I need to talk to someone about my request- how can I reach you?

Please reach out to services@coco-net.org with your concern and we will navigate this process together.

How is my data protected?

You can read more about our privacy policy here.
