Carole Wawira Muriithi (she/her) is a facilitator, organizational process consultant, emergent strategist, visual artist, and poet. Carole has significant experience working with non-profit organizations in developing, leading, and delivering community programmes. She has a Master’s in Human Systems Intervention and currently supports organizations through collaborative culture and systems change processes using an anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and equity-centred lens. Carole applies creative approaches to help organizations uncover new perspectives, make sense of complex issues, address power dynamics, and design sustainable solutions to complex problems.
