Taharima is a multidisciplinary community builder and organiser, specialising in facilitation and training design for nonprofit and charity organisations. After getting a Masters degree in Microbiology and Infectiology from the University of Sherbrooke, she decided to pursue a career in the community and nonprofit sector across Montreal, in grassroots and national organisations. Today, Taharima is working with mission-driven organisations across Canada, supporting them with diverse and innovative projects as a consultant in Culture and Capacity Building.
