Quebec makes major investment in solidarity measures
On the eve of Halloween, the Québec government announced a major investment in a variety of solidarity measures, including a substantial increase in core (mission) funding for community organizations. “Pour les aider, le gouvernement haussera leur financement de 54 M$ par an pour les trois prochaines années, ce qui correspond à 162 M$ d’ici 2017.
