WHERE: Online, we will send you a zoom link once you have registered.
WHO: COCo members and non-members
WHY: Because democracy !
Every year, COCo works with hundreds of community groups across Quebec. Our Annual General Meeting is the time for us to tell you what we’ve been up to and answer any questions you might have.

- A review of COCo’s activities and events from 2023
- An understanding of our financial statements
- Election of new Board Members!
- Approval of the amendments to our bylaws

WE’RE RECRUITING FOR NEW BOARD MEMBER!
Like every year, COCo is recruiting new board members to fill the seats of our governance body. We are looking for community oriented individuals who care deeply about COCo’s mission and its commitments to social justice values and anti-oppressive practices.
If you would like to work more intimately together to steer the COCo ship for the next 2 years, you can apply to become a board member by April 10th, 2024.
ARE YOU A MEMBER?
Do you want to participate in COCo’s democratic life? Become a member of the organization and exercise your right to vote at our AGM. We offer two kinds of memberships: Individual or Organizational. If you’re a community member interested in our work and our mission, or an organization we have worked with closely in the past, consider becoming a member before APRIL 10TH, 2024!
Missed the deadline? Don’t worry. For those who apply after the cut off date, you’re still welcome to come, observe and ask questions.
