We believe that is an important part of creating a more just and equitable society overall. To this end, COCo provides training, accompaniment, and technological support to small, ground-up, and social-justice focused organizations. We also use our research to steward dialogue and change on issues of inclusion and diversity in the Quebec non-profit sector.

About the Job

As a member of COCo’s highly collaborative team, the person in this role will actively take part in internal conversations on organizational development and contribute to other collective management tasks.

ODT Coordinators, depending on workload and organizational capacity, will also support grassroots community organizations to thrive through individual accompaniment, facilitation and training.

Application Deadline: November 29th 2024. The ideal start date is January 13th 2025
