Collective Member Handbook At the Silvia Rivera Law Project

Sylvia Rivera Law Project‘s member handbook that provides a detailed overview of their collective management principles, structure, processes, work conditions, job descriptions and policies. It could serve as a great example for other consensus-based organizations, collectives, or activist groups who are figuring out how to apply their anti-oppressive values in practice. In addition to the handbook, there are a number of very useful appendices, including:

  • Consensus Flow Chart
  • Collective Member Self-Evaluation Tool
  • Team Self-Evaluation Tool
  • Task Sheets
  •  Sample Team Meeting Agenda
  • Sample All-Collective Meeting Agenda
  •  Volunteer Application Form
  • Staff reporting form
